Clean room
The clean room consists of a material receipt room (class 100.000),
a material storage room (class 10.000), a machining room (class 10.000),
a welding room (class 10.000) and an assembling room (class 100). For installing under clean room conditions on site, Lamers High Tech Systems has a laminar flow unit class 100, of 6 x 2 meters. Systems installed under the conditions mentioned above meet the following requirements:
- Helium leak rate - 1 x 10-9 [mbar·l·sec-1]
- O2 percentage < 5 [ppb]
- H2O percentage < 5 [ppb]
- THC percentage < 5 [ppb]
- Particles (0.1 µm) - < 1 [cft-1] (Class 100 acc. US Fed.Std.
209B )
To guarantee this quality Lamers High Tech Systems uses:
- Vacuum leak testers (Leybold Ul.500)
- Particle counters (Met One 237)
- H2O analyzers (Ametek 5900 UHP)
- O2 analyzers (Delta F nanotrace, platinum series)
- Pressure tests (Cerabar PMC 133)
Certified orbital welders
Our welders, who work with the orbital welding machines, are very well trained and have at least a certificate of TIG-welding. We qualify our orbital welders every six months. During this qualification we instruct them about the latest solutions, innovations and developments of orbital welding techniques and inform them about the knowledge gathered from research projects, meetings and symposia.
